Surf Fishing

Before the sand replenishment destroyed NJ this was my favorite spot.  The pic below is the rip to the south of the rock.  Caught my first Albie in front of it.  Many Bass and Blues, all around the rock, each side. In calm water and when the surf was rocking, this spot held fish

This dark water shows a rip that ends up a good 100 yards out in to the ocean. This rip produced lots of bass and blues over the years.

Fishing these rock piles is a lot of fun especially under the stars
